I was pleased to share that we represented the Interdisciplinary Applied Health Sciences Program, part of the Health Sciences Division at Semmelweis University, at the 2024 Semmelweis Symposium, held from November 11-13. My poster presentation, titled „Geographic Distribution, Communication and Preventive Health Services of Health Development Offices in Hungary for the Elderly Populations,” explored critical aspects of public health service accessibility and its implications for the elderly. This research reflected the interdisciplinary approach and commitment to integrating social science methods within health sciences to promote impactful, data-driven public health strategies.
