This study introduces the Imprecision Entropy Indicator (IEI), a novel metric designed to quantify and reduce uncertainty in clinical decision-making. By integrating Shannon entropy and statistical concentration measures, the IEI improves precision in fields such as radiotherapy planning, surgical target delineation, and genetic data analysis. The research applies a Bayesian adaptive learning framework and evaluates the efficiency of target identification in complex search spaces. The findings highlight that optimizing entropy-based search strategies can enhance accuracy in medical diagnostics and therapeutic interventions.
